I just switched back over to Halo3 a couple of weeks ago, I wonder if others will follow?
One guy was young about 19 and the other about 27..
The fact remains that for them it's money first, everything else second.
There are plenty of others out there who treat their game like a piece of art, a creation that they can be proud off..
The fact that they are getting a survey done just points to a bit of fear about lost revenues..
I just don't see anything that I'd want a PS3 for..
The fact that it runs Linux is the biggest selling factor for me. But for that price, it'll have to be a lot less cheaper before I replace my DVD player with a PS3.
Get this straight.. you can't even run Chrysis on full capability on the best hardware money can buy.. How can you possible compare any game console's ability to it?

Man, this game rocks and this map pack is going to make it even better.
a) You don't keep a downloaded movie on your HD for ever.. Durgh.. Dude, you only get to keep it for 24 hours once you start watching it.
b) You can usually start watching any 'download' movie after about 1 minute if you have a good broadband connection (I do).
You lot (above) are just sooo negative.. Actually try movie downloads and watch it before b1tching about it. Because it's so obvious you lot know nothing about it.

And btw. Yes, it's needed, and yes, it's important and yes, it'll come eventually, and yes, it's worth waiting for and yes, I may get a PS3 when they finally sort this stuff out (and give me a controller with rumble by default).
It's not all about the resolution.. You've obviously not played descent FPSs (like Counterstrike)..
You'll find most people drop the resolution to get a better framerate. That's more important for good gameplay. Sure hires and high frame rate are what we would all like. But be realistic, the PS3 and 360 graphic cards are good but not THAT great.
FPSs etc..
But I quietly excited about this game. Look forward to it.
But this is obviously milking it while they can.. Why bother, COD5 will prob be out in a year.
As to the other comments, yes, it's a great game but not the best. I thought it was until I started playing Halo3 online..
Even as a fanbot (yes, I've been called that), I can see that this game is suport in the graphics factor. they need to justify their 9.0 on the graphics if they are unhappy with it and crash damage isn't a reason for downing it on graphics that much.
